PREMIUM Club - A Recognition and Rewards Programme, designed to reward corporate individuals for making regular bookings for their company's travellers or guests and banqueting facilities at The Coronade Hotel.  
 
 
 
 
  1. PREMIUM Club welcome kit
2. A complimentary buffet lunch or hi-tea for member on his/her birthday. Prior
reservation should be via PREMIUM Club office.
3. Complimentary birthday cake on your birthday when celebrating in our hotel. Prior reservation should be via PREMIUM Club office.
4. Complimentary room upgrade to the next category of room when staying in our
hotel, subject to room availability.
5. 20% discount of the total Restaurant bill (excluding tobacco and beverages)
6. Invitation to bi-yearly member get-together. 		 
 
 
 
 
  1. PREMIUM Club membership is by invitation only and the acceptance is at the
discretion of the hotel management. All new members will be given the
membership card.
2. To be invited as a member, you would require to generate actual room nights
booking amounting to the value of RM1,000 or Banquet booking amounting to the
value of RM3,000.
3. Prospective members may need to seek permission from their employers to join
PREMIUM Club. Alternatively, should a company not allow its employees to
participate in the programme, employers may collect the rewards and distribute
according to their respective company's policy. 		 
 
 
 
 
  1. Reward points will be awarded based on materialized room nights, not the nights
originally booked. The value is calculated excluding service charge and
government tax. Points can be accumulated to exchange for redemption of
rewards.
Room Revenue RM1 = 1point
Banquet Revenue RM10 = 1 point

2. Member must always quote their membership number and name when booking
rooms and banquet functions. Please note if the information given is not complete
and accurate, applicable point may not be credited to your account.
3. No points will be awarded for any reservation made prior to becoming a member.
Points can only be accumulated after the hotel approved your membership.
4. Membership is not tranferable and redemption of rewards is not exchangable for
cash.
5. Points may be redeemed as soon as you have achieved the required amount of
point or you may continue accumulating until 31st December 2007.
6. Points will automatically be deducted based on the category of gift selected.
7. Points will only be accumulated for room and banquet bookings made directly with
the hotel and not through any airline or travel agent.
8. Please allow six (6) weekd from date of request for arrival of gifts. Although every
effort is made to obtain your choice of reward, The Coronade Hotel Kuala Lumpur
reserves the right to substitute with an alternative replacement of similar value.
